Delete Your Account

How to delete your DoctorAI account, what is removed, and what is not

Delete it in the app

The quickest way is from inside DoctorAI:

  1. Open Settings

    Tap Settings in the DoctorAI app

  2. Go to Account

    Choose Account. Your Support ID is shown on this screen

  3. Tap "Delete account"

    Read the message that appears

  4. Confirm

    Confirm the deletion. The app signs you out and returns to the start

Your subscription is not cancelled

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. If you pay for Premium, cancel it yourself or you will keep being charged:

  • Android: Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions
  • iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions

Cancel first if you want to stop paying. See Terms of Service, clause 16 and clause 8.4.

What happens when you delete

This cannot be undone.

  • Your account and your remaining credits are removed from our systems
  • Conversations, reminders and profile details stored on your device are removed from that device too
  • Your subscription stays active until you cancel it in the store, as described above
  • We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it, as set out in our Privacy Policy

Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, or the option is not available in your version, email us and we will delete the account for you.

  1. Open the app, then Settings, then Account, and copy your Support ID
  2. Email karadumanburak000@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my DoctorAI account" and your Support ID in the message
  3. We aim to reply within 30 days, and the reply confirms the deletion

The Support ID is how we find your account without asking for health details. Please do not send medical information. Deleting by email does not cancel your subscription either.
